Is this thing on? Testing, testing, 1,2,3….

Wow, the dust is deep in here. What month is this? October already?! Crazy. Well, I’ve been sleeping off the last year. 6 great games and well over 65 teams have played MRV.

So what is next for MRV? Well I set a date in January, but that’s about as far as I have gotten with it. Yes, I have some ideas, and yes there is talk of doing a World Traveler 2, but that is all just talk until December.

Now the bad news. As some of you have heard, I’m moving to Atlanta in December. So it looks like this will be the end of Midnight Run Viera for the foreseeable future. As far as the January game goes…..depends on the funds raised from hawklife* sales.
So MRV is probably ending. I had fun creating the games and I hope you all had fun playing. I want to thank all the teams, moms, dads, staff, and zombies that helped so much with our endeavor. I’m still hoping for one last game, but we’ll have to wait and see.

  1. I had not heard about your planned move. Boo! Makes me sad to think that you will not be at Viera High doing your “magic”. Having said that, I am also hoping this is an exciting and gratifying new chapter for you and your sweet family. I can’t thank you enough for the time and effort you have put into giving the kids (and their parents) an opportunity to play Midnight Run. We all have made new friends and enjoyed special moments together – some of those moments a bit frustrating too lol – while playing along. You are an amazing person and the Wolfgang wishes you all the best!!!! Let me know if I can help in anyway to make that last game happen.

    Most sincerely,

    Tricia Wolfman

    • funny you should mention help….the seniors from both academies are now on a crusade to sell the 500 remaining HawkLife stickers. If they are successful, I’d bet we will have enough money to play one last game at the house of mouse.

  2. Oops, just saw your reply. Well here’s hoping. By the way, you must be loving college football season this year. FSU looks great!
